Qualifications for HSL Recruitment 2023:
Applicants interested in the HSL Recruitment 2023 positions should possess the following qualifications.
Manager (Legal):
- Graduate with 3 Years Bachelor’s Degree in law with a Minimum of 60% marks or 5-year integrated degree in law from a recognized university/deemed university with a minimum of 60% marks.

Deputy Manager (Finance):
- Graduate with Qualified/Passed Final Examination from ICAI/ICWAI.
Dy. Project Officer (Legal):
- Degree in Law (BL / LLB 3 Years or 5 Years) with 50% marks / LLM from a recognized University.
- Desirable: Working Knowledge in Computers.
Medical Officer:
- MBBS Degree and registered with the Indian Medical Council.

Experience Requirements for HSL Recruitment 2023:
Candidates applying for HSL Recruitment 2023 should fulfill the experience criteria mentioned below.
Manager (Legal):
- Minimum of 09 years of post-qualification experience in legal matters OR working experience in Govt. Organisation / PSUs / Reputed Private Organisation/Law Firm.
- Priority given to those with experience in dealing with arbitration cases, Labour law (or) civil side-related cases.
Deputy Manager (Finance):
- At least 05 years post-basic qualification experience in Govt.
Dy. Project Officer (Legal):
- At least 03 years of practice experience in the Civil side as an advocate in the District / High Courts.
- Desirable: Working Knowledge in Computers.
Medical Officer:
- Minimum of 02 years post-qualification experience in Medical Departments / Hospitals.
