Computer Operation and Typing Assessment
The Computer Operation and Typing Assessment is a mandatory test for candidates who have qualified in Part-I and Part-II of the WBPSC Clerkship 2023 recruitment process. The test is designed to assess the candidate’s proficiency in computer operation and typing skills.
The assessment will be conducted on a computer and will consist of two parts:
- Part 1: Computer Operation
- This part will assess the candidate’s ability to use a computer, including:
- Starting, shutting down, and restarting a computer
- Using basic operating system functions, such as creating and saving files, copying and pasting text, and using the mouse and keyboard
- Using common software applications, such as word processing software, spreadsheet software, and presentation software
