Allahabad High Court District Judge UP HJS Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
1.Nationality: Must be a citizen of India.
2. Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST and OBC categories of Uttar Pradesh only: Additional 3 years for Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories of Uttar Pradesh.
3. Educational Qualification:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university or institute.
4. Experience:
- Should have at least 7 years of continuous practice as an advocate on the last date fixed for submitting the application form.
5. Number of Attempts:
- No limit on the number of attempts.
Other Criteria: Must be of good moral character and possess sound health.Must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude.Must not be or have been at any time disqualified for employment under the Government of India or any State Government.
